The open plan 'Grand Room' (large living and dining areas for up to 6 adults plus 2 children) has a Smart TV (Netflix etc), DVD, music player and private WiFi for internet access with unlimited use. This leads directly to the covered Veranda and split level deck areas (with gas BBQ/Grill, al fresco dining and sun loungers for 8 guests) extending over the water to enjoy the sun and views of the Sleeping Indian Mountain. There is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast 'island' bar and equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer/ice-maker, cooker with oven and hob, blender, microwave, toaster etc and a utility closet with washing machine, iron and board etc. The master bedroom/bathroom suite (large shower, bath tub and twin vanity basins) and the second bedroom both open onto the Veranda. The third bedroom also has it's own bathroom en-suite. There is also a fourth twin bedroom. The additional family bathroom also has a large shower. There are ceiling fans throughout the Villa and all windows/doors have mosquito screens. Air conditioning. There are small garden areas, a private driveway and parking immediately in front of the Villa.
