4 Bedroom House in Siasconset, Nantucket
This home offers distinct advantages for a Sconset rental. The house is set in a very private location, with protected land on three sides, and yet a seven minute bike ride from the center of Sconset There is a large back-yard with a lovely patio and BBQ. And we welcome dogs. We include four bikes in the rental.
A family renting this house will have access to a homeowners' gym, cutting garden with flowers and vegetables (75 yards away), and a private easement to the beach across the dunes. The Heller Trail across Sconset Trust land starts next to our house.
The house has air-conditioning for hot and humid days, an outdoor shower, internet, Sonos and cable TV. The outdoor and indoor dining tables seat eight comfortably.
There is a large master bedroom on the second floor, with king bed, bathroom and outdoor deck overlooking Sconset Trust land. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (a queen and a twin). The twin room has its own bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom in the hall. In the basement, there is a twin bedroom suitable for children, and a bathroom. For an additional $2,500 per week, you can rent our adjacent cottage, which has a double bed, bathroom with shower, fridge and small kitchen. (Not rented separately from the house.) Suitable for guests or au pair.
For a two-week rental July 19 to August 3, we will offer a discount.
