Summary: Unfortunately the use of the word stunning in the apartment description is wholly incorrect and totally misleading. The apartment was a huge disappointment and is very tired, in need of refurbishment / repair and requiring a deep clean (dirty sections of skirting board, wardrobe runners tracks and cobwebs are hanging from the ceiling above the built in wardrobe, all this is indicative of an apartment that only gets a superficial clean and is not properly prepared for guest use. The photographs in the advert are deceptive and photograph 3 should be removed as the the furniture shown in the photograph (white sofa & armchair and coffee table in the external balcony area along with the white furniture in the living room) are no longer there. Photograph 1 shows the actual external balcony furniture. The bacony area has large cracks in the plasterwork, with large long water leak stains from the ceiling to the floor. The biggest disapointment was the toilet / shower room. The shower screen floor corners have large build ups of dirt and grime and the lower wall tiles have black stains and dirty grime in the grouting. The basin vanity unit has a broken door and the toilet / shower room entrance door internally, has multiple stains on it. All of this is indicative of an apartment that has been neglected for a long time.
