The Space:
No need to worry about climbing stairs as our apartment is conveniently located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building. The apartment comprises 4 main rooms, with an open plan concept for the living and kitchen areas, and a large floor to ceiling sliding door connecting the bedroom directly to the living room. The bathroom is an ensuite with a good-sized shower (there is no bathtub), sink, and toilet. The apartment has recently undergone light renovation. The footprint is 38 metres squared and although it may be on the small side, it has tall ceilings making it feel spacious and airy. You'll have all the modern amenities you need to make your stay comfortable, including a 50” SMART TV preloaded with Netflix and other on-demand apps (note that there are no terrestrial channels), as well as an Amazon Echo for all your music needs, and fast WiFi connection throughout the apartment.
