*Important Note: As with many areas in Puerto Rico, occasional water service interruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Fortunately, the Building is equipped with a water cistern to help minimize any inconvenience and maintain normal operations whenever possible. Gladly, currently we are running with normal services.

-The unit is not child-proof, but a play yard can be provided upon request.
-Master Bathroom Shower-Helpful Tip. Please note that if the shower head is directed toward the glass enclosure, a small amount of water may splash outside the shower area. To minimize this, simply angle the shower head slightly toward the back wall of the shower while in use.
For added convenience, the shower is also equipped with a handheld shower head (hose), which helps direct the water more precisely and further reduces the chance of water reaching the bathroom floor.
