There are four huge bedrooms and plenty of living space as well as a large garden, perfect for sunny days. The outside garden as well as the inside areas invite guests to relax and enjoy the comforts of this lovely house. Located in the trendy suburb of Jericho this home has the rare benefit of plenty of parking around.
The whole home has been recently renovated and updated with a modern and contemporary design throughout. With spacious living areas including a large garden, there’s enough from for 7 people to stay here comfortably. The living area comes with comfortable sofas and a big TV. It also offers direct access to the private garden and it’s directly connected to the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and it’s ready to be used. All the bedrooms come with comfortable mattresses, one featuring a king size bed, two with double beds, and one with a single bed. There are 2 full bathrooms, both with a bathtub and a shower, and with one en suite. There is also a toilet room for guests added convenience. The home’s garden offers the ideal place for a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The home also comes with high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. You’ll feel right at home here.
You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm.

The University Press, many Colleges, cafes, restaurants and bars & pubs are in walking distance and the homes is close to beautiful green spaces, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. The centre of Oxford is walking distance and you will be spoilt for choice where to look with Oxfords ancient heritage and beautiful academic buildings. You’re also never too far from Oxford’s great nightlife.
Given the location of the home, most of Oxford's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. You’ll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around.
The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The living area could result a little small for full occupancy of 7 guests. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
