Summary: It's a well organised and efficient hotel based on our experience. Good stuff - rooms were spotless, staff were efficient and friendly and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was good with usual ingredients. Not quite so good - not all rooms were ready by 2om, one lift and if you try to use the stairs you'll come out in the dining room (if you find your way!). Overall - great value and theres nothing much not to like. Special mention to the young man doing the rooms - so pleasant, friendly and helpful - a real asset to the place. Not quite so good -
