It is also one of the very few ground floor units located on the beach front. You also have the ultimate perk of a swimming pool in the complex as well as a single lock up garage. You can find the centre of town which has an abundance of shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants a comfortable 400m away. Woorim also offers fantastic walking and biking tracks when you don't want to walk the stunning beachfront as well as parks, exercise hubs and picnic spots. You can even spend time at the look out or anywhere along the beach watching the local dolphins and whales during the right season. The unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, built in robe and views over the swimming. The second bedroom has two single beds and a built-in robe. The property has ceiling fans throughout and air conditioning in the living area. The kitchen has more than enough kitchenware as the owners spend a lot of time themselves holidaying in the unit so you can expect a well-stocked kitchen . The dining room has seating for six and the living room has a L shaped sofa (that folds out to a double bed), additional chairs and a TV and DvD player. Off the living area is a large courtyard with seating and a BBQ. This lovely unit has it all and will make the perfect hub for your next family holiday.
