This flat three-bedroom aged house (Travelers Sanctuary) is approximately 1200 square feet with modern and updated furnishings, guest can repose themselves on the two-king size and one-queen size bed, you can spread out and have your own space or get cozy and snuggle with your partner or just relax in the living room area on one of the reclining chairs. Then you can jump right into the nine jet 80 gal. Jacuzzi and luxury spa shower, imagine yourself lying on your back in the Jacuzzi as the jets pound your body all over as you meditate and drift away from relaxation, then you can step right into the luxury spa shower to continue your mental repose in a standing position to complete an invigorating experience. Every aspect of this home has been remodeled to breathe new life into this storied house, its location makes it easy for you to get around. Just a few steps away from Carenage fishing Centre and the Fish Fry, where you can have something nice to eat and just relax and enjoy the ambience. The home is equipped to host 6 people in its three bedrooms. There is a couple of smart home devices and equipment for your convenience and enjoyment, you can unplug them during your stay if you wish. The entrance is about 10 feet from the road taxis can drop you right in front the gate, there is the sound of vehicles and people passing a few times, this will not be an issue if you want to rest and relax because the house is self-enclosed.
The house is equipped with:
Three air-conditioned bedrooms: Master bedroom has “one king size bed”, two bedside tables, a 4’ X 6’ wall mirror, a wardrobe, and blackout curtains” an en-suite 4’ x 6’ Luxury spa shower with: A wall mounted folding bench, 12” rainfall shower-head, 4” wall shower-head, 4” handheld shower-head, 6 body jets, toilet, vanity sink and a nine (9) jet 80 gal. Jacuzzi for relaxing, and most of all a tank-less water heater for endless hot water, everything fully functional. Bedroom two has “one king size bed” a wardrobe, a bed table, a standing mirror, and blackout curtains. Bedroom three has “one queen size bed” a wardrobe, a bed table, a standing mirror, and blackout curtain.
Fully furnished kitchen with: 32 cubic feet Refrigerator & freezer, 30” gas stove with a large oven, Coffee Maker, Electronic kettle, Microwave, Toaster, cake mixer, Pots & Pans & all the cooking utensils you will need, Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That’s why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you’ll need to cook you and your family a nice lunch or dinner, just bring your food.
The house has two bathrooms: One in the master bedroom en-suite and one in the laundry area. An air-conditioned open concept living/dining/kitchen area with: Reclining living room chairs to relaxed when watching a good movie on the 50” flat screen TV with Amazon Fire-stick / dining set for four / breakfast bar with three stools.
Dedicated office space: Workstation (desk and chair) a surge protector and a smart speaker.
Laundry room area with: Washer, Dryer, face basin, bathroom, toilet, clothes basket.
A porch with: a coffee table and two chairs (if you feel like having some coffee or tea and just lay back and relax). Also, automatic closing blinds at the push of a button or manually operated to block out the evening sun or have some privacy.
Free and safe street parking if required: Also, just across the street is Carenage Fishing Centre and Fish Fry with additional free parking.
No yard space for guest: Guests have their own entrance at the front of the property where they will enter and exit the house, they may cross paths with other residence of the property at times when they’re entering or exiting, but the rest of the yard will be off limits to guest. The whole house is completely private for guest, there is a small pond at the front of the house with turtles and tilapia fishes, It is a family property with four houses on the premises.
The property has a 24/7 recording security system: even doth the area is safe, we have eight (8), actively recording cameras overlooking the front and back yard which records video only. All cameras are on the exterior of the house.
Blazing fast Wi-Fi: with three TP-Link Deco M9 Plus mesh system, one in the living room, one in the kitchen / breakfast bar and one in the Master bedroom for full Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house.
There are four Amazon Alexa (Echo Dots) in the house: One by the breakfast bar, one in the Master bedroom, one in the master bathroom, and one in the office for voice commands if you like and any other questions you may have. There are two Inferred (IR) remote: One in the Master bedroom and one in the living room, these are there for Amazon Alexa (echo dots) to control the AC units by voice command, you can unplug them together with the Alexa’s during your stay if you’re not interested in using voice commands. Color changing bulbs in the: Kitchen, breakfast bar, and living room, just keep pressing the on switch to cycle through the different colors to set your mood! Enjoy.

The peninsula also offers: Hikes on nature trails, Zip-lining, Golf, Kayaking, Biking, Sailing, Fishing. So, if you’re an outdoor person or you just want to stay in and relaxed this is the place to be. Also 35 minutes away from the popular “Maracas beach”, with other beaches further along the northern coastline, such as “Tyrico”, “Las Cuevas” and “Blanchisseuse”. The nearest restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls are just 10 minutes away by car. Or if you have business in the Port of Spain area, Travelers Sanctuary will be perfect for you. This property is available for long- term or short-term rental.
Guest access (Self-check- in) to enter the property there is a lock-box at the gate, just enter your code to get the key then open the gate, then you can walk up to the porch gate, enter your code again into the smart lock keypad to enter. Please ensure you enter the number of guests when making reservations.
Other things to note. Please keep in mind that we run on a septic tank. So please do not flush ANYTHING that’s not toilet paper into the toilets. Thanks. TT RideShare Taxi app or call a car rental service. This property is located 30 km (approx. 40min from the Airport) with good sightseeing along the way.
