The Space:
Villa Azul is an impeccably decorated beachfront apartment located in Bahía Beach, Puerto Rico. You will love the unique artwork throughout the property. Villa Azul sleeps up to 6 guests in three separate bedrooms, each with a dedicated bathroom. The Bahía Beach resort includes a Beach Club, Golf Club with 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest. The rental rate includes the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, and a 4-person golf cart.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests will not have access to the St. Regis Hotel that is located within the Bahia Beach Resort.
LIVING AREAS
Villa Azul’s open-concept floor plan seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room which opens to a large balcony with beach views. The dining room has a 6-person dining table and is adjacent to the kitchen which has a counter with stool seating for 4. The living room has a large flat screen TV. The balcony has ample seating and a gas grill.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for entertaining with its high end appliances, European finish, and open layout overlooking the dining room and living room.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, desk, and large en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and shares the full bathroom with the common areas.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
Additional amenities include two adjacent private parking spaces and a four-seat golf cart with its own parking space and a backup generator.

Villa Azul includes the daily resort fee so guests can enjoy full access to all resort amenities. Beach Club: With a full restaurant, 2 bars, 2 pools, and a 2-mile beach, the Bahia Beach Club is second to none on the island.
Golf Club: Guests enjoy complimentary use of the Golf practice facilities and preferred rates for the Robert Trent Jones Jr. 18-hole golf course.
Tennis Club: There are 4 hard courts available for use at no additional cost.
Full Gym: Brand new, top-of-the-line gym facilities are available 7 days a week.
Beach watersports: The beach water sports facilities offer classes and rentals for surfing, windsurfing, and kitesurfing.
Lake watersports: Kids and adults love the lakehouse at Bahia Beach, which offers complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, and a super fun inflatable adventure park.
Access to the Bahia Beach Resort's restaurants: Bahia Beach Resort Beach Club Restaurant, El Cocoteros Grill & Seagrapes Restaurant at the St. Regis Hotel (on a first come first serve basis).
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase. Disclaimer: we are not associated with any travel insurance companies.

Check-in time is at 4:00pm
Check-out time is at 11:00am
Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
