The welcoming aqua blue front door let's you know you've arrived on the Cape! The living room further beckons you in with matching couch and love seat with gas fireplace with large flat screen TV as the focal point. A comfy leather club chair and striped high back round out the seating. You'll notice the beautifully selected coastal artwork throughout the home. Plenty of puzzles, games and books to entice those to snuggle in on a rainy day.
Enter the open dining room and kitchen where you'll find a large dining table with fan overhead. The dining table seats 6. The white, bright kitchen - newly upgraded with weathered wood floor - has a breakfast counter with 3 stools for additional seating as meals are served. The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, a Keurig and traditional coffee maker for the java lovers in the group. As well as a blender and lobster pot - two Cape Cod vacation necessities!
The four season sunroom is the place to be with high beamed ceiling, sky lights and ceiling fan to keep you cool. Comfy furniture is exactly what you need to watch some shows on the flat screen TV or catch up on some reading. The slider to deck and amazing back yard can be found here.
Bedroom #1 on the main level with a King bed and with flat screen TV, side tables with lamp, wicker chair and ceiling fan and desk for remote learning and working.
Bedroom #2 with a Queen with double closets, bureau for more storage, side tables with lamps and ceiling fan.
Bathroom #1 has a tub/shower combination for family use.

Sundaze Fundays was recently updated to include slim line central A/C in all four bedrooms, the main living area and the sunroom!
The outside area is newly hardscaped with large patio tiles and stone wall. The private, wooded back yard has a fire pit with six Adirondack chairs for late night s'mores and gossip around the fire. Large patio table for 6 with umbrella is perfect for eating the meal you cooked on the gas grill. Picnic table area is great for the kids to eat messy meals like watermelon and melting ice cream! The outdoor "modular living room" furniture is where you'll be when delighting in the sun as you have your morning coffee.
The shed is available for storage of bikes, coolers or anything you bring. Beach chairs and cornhole lawn games are stored there. Don't forget the enclosed outdoor shower - a Cape Cod tradition.
The basement level has the washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry during your stay and an extra fridge if you bring enough food to feed a crowd! Ping pong anyone? Maybe a friendly competition will spur you on!
