Summary: While the pool is quite nice, a lot of the property is run down. The room is ok; AC worked well; the bathroom is ok. It’s a bit piecemeal; a queen mattress on a double bed base does not make a queen bed. Breakfast was good. Since there were two of us we asked for a second key. The hotel refused to provide one. In fact, if we wanted our room cleaned we had to drop off our key at reception. Doesn’t instill confidence, nor a feeling of guest focus.
