Located in the exclusive, private, and kid-friendly Great Harbors community, this three bedroom ranch is perfect for your Cape Cod summer getaway. Just a short walk to the association clubhouse, which features a large community pool and toddler wading pool complete with lifeguards (open during the summer only), tennis courts throughout the community, a playground, baseball field, private beach and more! The community has a 2 mile circle perfect for biking, running or walking.
Enjoy your stay on the large deck out back with grill, fire pit and table for 8. Inside you have your choice of two living rooms complete with Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, books and games for all ages. Added central air in 2022. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and attached 1/2 bath with barn door. The kids room allows for 4 children or adults with two sets of bunkbeds, great for all ages! The front bedroom has a queen bed and is directly across from the full bathroom. We offer bikes, beach chairs, and a buggy for the beach! Work, play and stay!
This home is about a mile to Menahaunt Beach, Bristol Beach, and Falmouth Heights Beach and just a few minutes to golf courses, bike paths, Freedom Boat Club, charter fishing boats, island ferries, shopping, and dining. Falmouth is also known for its July 4th fireworks on the beach and the well known Falmouth Road Race. Neighborhood activities at the clubhouse and pool include kids night and social events, swimming lessons and private tennis lessons available. Kayaking, sailing and boating steps away on the bay with access to the ocean.
