The Guest has access to the entire apartment as well as the rooftop BBQ and pool area located on the 2nd Floor of Building B.

Getting Around:
Should you wish to explore further, transportation options abound. You can easily rent a car or request a doorstep pickup by a taxi service. Additionally, public transportation along West Bay Road, which runs along the Seven Mile Beach strip, offers another convenient way to get around. If you're participating in organized tours, most operators offer door-to-door transportation services.
There are also electric bike and e-scooter rentals available onsite.
The beach is located 1-minute walk across the road and through the easily accessible path between the Great House and Avalon condominiums.
Other Things to Note:
Music may be heard from restaurants and bars on the property.
This building does not have an elevator and guests will be required to climb 1 flight of stairs.
The onsite gym located at the Rec Room is not included as a part of this rental however weekly passes may be purchased separately from the Rec Room.
If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
