Old San Juan style 2 bedroom apartment within minutes from the beaches. First bedroom 1 bunk bed and 1 queen. Second bedroom one queen bed. 1 bathroom, living room, full equipped kitchen. Great for groups and families. This antique house is located in the last town officially founded by the Spanish in 1881. The house have a newly renovated roof, floor, kitchen, balcony. Included Internet, TV, fast Wi-Fi, gated property, A/C in bedrooms, refrigerator, stove, microwave, sectional sofa and hammock.
The space
Barceloneta have a new pet park and a great stake park for all ages. If you will like to rent skates please let us know before hand ($10.00 each by day).

You can used the washer and driver inside the apartment please take in consideration that detergents are under your own cost. The inside common area have a BBQ that you can used ($25.00 cleaning fee).
Other things to note
Barceloneta is super centric! San Juan is about 40min away (driving time). The towns around are Manati and Arecibo. In Manati you can find an Atlantic Casino and beautiful beaches like La Esperanza. The next town close to Barceloneta called Arecibo have surfing stops like Hallows and a lighthouse ( 20 mins driving). La Cueva del Indio is a cave in the north coast with a great ocean view. The Colon Statute is a great monument to visit in Arecibo (Road 681). Puerto Rico have one of the zip lines park in the world called Toro Verde (48 mins driving) in town called Orocovis.
