Surfers/ Fishermen/ Vacationers Enjoy! This completely updated 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit will not disappoint! You will not find a more up to date place in the area! 4-minute walk to the beautiful beach: Rio Grande Playa. Enjoy a beautifully renovated, comfortable & private interior with relaxing outside space as well. A/C units & fans in both bedrooms and living area, and a fully stocked kitchen. 5 minute drive to the Rincon Welcome Sign, & 9 minute drive to Rincon center. 35 minute drive from the Aguadilla Airport and 2.5 hour drive from San Juan. Guests have access to the entire unit, including full kitchen with stove, microwave, and coffee maker; and will have complete privacy while inside. On the grounds, guests share the yard, including a swing set, covered porch with outside shower, laundry, and seating with the other 3 units in the building. There is an on-site property manager, Kai, who will be able to greet you upon your arrival (assuming you arrive during daylight), and will be able to show you around the property and your unit. She will also be able to answer any questions you may have. She speaks English and Spanish. Guests will have at least 1 parking space and it will be inside a gate. It is recommended to rent a car to get around most places. It is easy to walk to the beach though! It is understood that many flights get in late (or early in the morning) from Aguadilla. Guests are welcome to check in at any time they arrive. Please note that if you are arriving in the middle of the night and want to check in at that time, you will need to book the previous night. For instance, if you are flying into Aguadilla on March 23rd at 1:30 AM, you will need to book the night of March 22nd.
