Surf or play on one of Puerto Rico's best beaches. Plenty to do and see in an exotic, funky & laid-back atmosphere. Walk the beach for miles & find sea glass or other treasures. Come discover why Hwy 413 is known as the 'Road to Happiness'. Your accommodations are great--entire top floor of a 3-story building with private balcony. Windows on all 4 sides of the building provide incredible ocean views from most every room! Kitchen is well equipped and there is full sized washer/dryer! Lots of games & beach chairs, umbrellas & towels. There is a rooftop terrace with bath and beachside patio with stairs to the beach. A split unit A/C cools the main living spaces, and all three bedrooms have air conditioning. If temperatures are in the mid 80's, open the windows to let the outside in. The tropical breezes keep you comfortable year-round with ceiling fans in all rooms. Sleeps 7 with a king bed, queen bed & 3 twin beds. We have Wi-Fi, Cable & Smart TV and have fast enough speeds to stream and work from home. Rent surf boards next door and take lessons. Excellent restaurants in walking distance. Shop the fresh produce at Farmer's Market and pick up the fisherman's fresh catch. Watch Humpback Whales frolic from late January through early April from your dining table. Walk to great dining & night life. Can it get any better? This is life on the Beach in Rincon! Wake up & check the surf without leaving the bedroom.

Great Property at amazing location. Having beachfront access to sandy beach was priceless. Next door was RD2H; where you can book surf lessons, rent surfboards and excursions in the region. The view, the beach and the surf were outstanding. The property was great and had all the amenities anyone could need. Communication with the owner was smooth throughout the entire process. My family of six would definitely book this property again. This is a gem.
Clean, well set up, usable cooking amenities, washer/dryer, grill, beach chairs/towels, comfortable beds, and of course right on the beach in beautiful Puntas! Best vrbo we've stayed at in PR.
We enjoyed a great stay at Paradise @ Sandy Beach! Nice ocean views from the balcony through the palm trees, even better views from the roof deck one floor above. Direct beach access from the ground floor patio. Beach chairs and umbrella provided and lot of natural shade on the beach right out front. The unit itself was cozy and well equipped. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels/ linens provided. Great location - walking distance to Tamboo, Casa Islena, Casa Verde, Jack's Shack, Jakes Java, etc. If you're looking for a simple beach front stay in a great location, this is a good option!
A perfect location right on Sandy Beach. Great layout of 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A/C, lots of beach gear (pop up tent for the infant), two umbrellas, plenty of beach chairs, towels. The hosts were solicitous, great communicators. The kitchen, serviceable. Nice laundry facilities. Stunning roof deck with oven views and some shade. A lovely family vacation.
Incredible apartment on Sandy Beach! The third floor balcony alone is worth the stay, but add to that a well-equipped full kitchen, three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two baths, a breezy living space, and the best view up and down the coast. Beach chairs and umbrellas, surfing lessons and rentals next door, and walkable restaurants and coffee make this the ultimate beach vacation.
Quiet convenient location! Our active family of 5 goes hard all day playing then wants to chill at night, play games & cook in. Place is as advertised & the management communication excellent.
Extremely great for our family. 5 and 7 year old kids. 5 steps down off the porch to the beach with amazing water and beach treasures to be found, it was an amazing week in paradise. it was also a convenient jumping off point to other local beaches for snorkeling and a different feel than sandy beach. in the end sandy beach was our favorite and we spent most of our time directly in front of the condo on the beach or grilling on the rooftop. we want to go back every year now.
Yet Another Amazing Stay. This is our second time staying at this property and honestly, it’s become our happy place! Thank you so much - always so nicely appointed. We caught and had the freshest tuna grilled on the rooftop deck. Can’t wait to return! 🧘
Relaxation. Our plan was to explore more of the surrounding area. We didn't do much of that because we loved the place so much. I have never returned from a vacation so relaxed. The breezes through the beautiful place, on the balcony, and on the roof were just heavenly.
The best! My sons went there to surf. I went for the ocean breezes and walks on the smooth, shell-free beaches. What we got from this amazing place was better than advertised: the ocean practically at our doorstep, coconut palms sheltering our third-floor balcony, panoramic views one floor above and a perfectly appointed home that had everything we needed as well as one thing we never needed: air conditioning -- the December ocean breezes were enough to cool all the rooms, morning and night. Easily the best family vacation place we've ever rented.
Great home on the beach. Beautiful and updated home with private beach entrance and convenient location for renting surfboards and beach equipment right next door. Host was great had no issues during this stay and communicated well through the whole process. Will definitely stay here again next time.
Awesome place to stay for sure! We had the best time with so much great food everywhere! Beautiful views and hear the waves roll in. Doesn’t get much better than that. Ryan was super and Melinda the host was over the top!! We will definitely be a returning tenant. Thank yall for everything!
Paradise on the Beach. This was our 5th return to this property and like all the previous visits it was fabulous. The home is spotless, kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms are comfortable and cool with AC, and the sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck. The home sits steps from Sandy Beach and check in was a breeze. We’ve appreciated the consistency of this property over the years and will be back again next year!
Annual Rincón vacation with friends. This place is in an awesome location. Very clean and accommodating. We have stayed here for our annual trip since 2015 and always look forward to coming back. Beautiful views!!!
