Escape to the mountains! This hidden gem one bedroom penthouse apartment accommodates from two to four adults. Enjoy your private glass terrace overlooking incredible views and the pool. You won't want to leave! Pool and outdoor areas are shared with other guests. This is an adults-only property and no visits are allowed.
We respect our guests privacy but we make ourselves available if needed.
Private rural area but close enough to the beach (20 minute car ride) & to downtown Rincón (15 minute ride). The ride to Ocaso is uphill and some roads that lead to the property are narrow. The property is located on one of the highest peaks of the area but you don't need a 4x4 vehicle to get there.

One(1) parking spot per apartment located inside gate and extra outside in a designated area if needed.
