At Villa 230B you are just a few minutes' walk to one of Antigua's longest and largest beaches, the Jolly Beach, where you will find watersports, bars and restaurants.
It is ideal for families as there is room to sleep up to 6 with an indoor-outdoor flow that makes the space even larger.
The villa is spread out over 2 floors. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom. It is tastefully decorated to make your stay calming and relaxing, a true beach-style vacation with its décor.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds, with double beds at the bottom and twin beds on top and its own en-suite bathroom also. Both upstairs bedrooms have balconies.
Downstairs has an open floor plan that leads straight out to the waterfront patio and deck. The patio is fully screened in so you can enjoy the evenings and nights outside, and al-fresco dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped and also has an air fryer, just off the kitchen is the dining area, seating for 6 but can accommodate 8 with the extra 2 folding chairs.
The living area is comfortable and roomy and comes with a pull-out queen sofa bed.
The villa is fully air conditioned and also has a washer and dryer along a free parking spot right in front the villa.
There will be a Tourism Levy Tax at a cost is $5us/ night per person (over the age of 5). We will advise you in your inquiry on the total cost including fees, and add it to Vrbo after confirmation.
