The large common area has a state of the art kitchen, Dining & Living room combined. Three large bi-fold doors open up to let the outside in and create a seamless pass-through to the barbeque and the pool.
There are five full bathrooms on the property, one in each bedroom and one in the main living area.
In addition there are four outdoor showers, one in each master bedrooms, one in the main living area and one at the top of the grand entrance along with a foot wash for sandy beach feet.
There are two master suites, and one jr. suit each have a king bed, the fourth bedroom is a dormitory with custom built queen over queen and full over full bunk beds.
In the grand foyer a spiral staircase leads to an outdoor observation floor where you have an unobstructed view from Zoni beach to St. Thomas, Tortola and beyond!
