This is a unique beach Casita ground level property, no inside levels no steps to climb, parking lot right in front of the property the sidewalk will take you directly without steps nor levels to the property. Two Master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms each one with king bed, a third room with two bunk beds, a full sofa bed in one of the masters, 3 full bathrooms, TV with cable and high speed internet in both masters and living room area.
Living room with air conditioning, large sectional sofa TV with cable and high speed internet. Dining table seats 6 and the countertop island sits four.
large kitchen, natural local woods cabinets, with gas stove and twin ovens, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, fully stocked with utensils, cookware and dinnerware all included.

Beach and pond views, two balconies looking towards the beach and small terrace, we are located right at the beach, walk few steps to beach or pools, parking in front of the Casita no long walks to bring your belongings.

We are located right beside the Wyndham Palmas Hotel you may visit for meals or drinks ( not included in your stay, hotel facilities are only for their guests).
You will love and will not want to leave the Casita if you do there are few steps to the beach or pools and almost three thousand acres to explore in Palmas.
Free parking space for up to two vehicles on designated areas. The guard will not allow more than 2 vehicles for this property.
The property has a Tesla battery, has electrical back up for 120 volts for limited time use, ther are no solar panels as per condo rule.

2-POOL and Facilities:
You must abide by the pool and condominium rules. No lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk. No visitors allowed at pools nor condo facilities.
3-Cleansing services:
You are responsible for cleaning, and toiletries.
4-Smoking / Burning material inside the property/ BBQ:
Smoking and burning any material inside the property is strictly prohibited.
You must move the BBQ from the balcony to the patio were smoke will not contaminate indoors or bother upstairs neighbors.
If you break this rule We will charge at least the condo any penalties and at least the totality of your deposit for cleaning and deodorizing the property.
5-Some small pets allowed, should notify prior to check in.

Está prohibido fumar, quemar material o uso del BBQ dentro o en el balcón de la propiedad. Si usted no cumple con este reglamento le cobraremos por lo menos la totalidad de su depósito.
