About this condo
Take in the amazing morning sunrise with views of the golf course, ocean, and the island of Vieques in the backdrop and at your reach from this gorgeous villa! An extensive beach area, pools, restaurants, tennis courts, golf courses, shops and even a Marina are all located inside the complex. If you prefer staying in, the villa comes equipped with everything you may need to make it your home away from home.

Bedroom:
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen Smart TV on the wall for streaming and/or cable tv which comes with the unit. The large windows allow for a gorgeous view of the golf course. There's a door that leads to the balcony from the master bedroom which is really convenient! There is a good sized closet for hanging up clothes or storing belongings. Inside the closet, there will also be an Iron, ironing board, and a baby crib(pack and play along with mattress) available for your convenience.
Other Sleeping options:
Besides the king size bed in the main bedroom, the unit’s sofa converts into a full size pull out sofa bed. There is an additional very comfortable futon located in the loft, the upper level (entrance area), that can be use as a bed as well. Please note that the air conditioner does not service the loft, but a fan is provided if needed.
Living Room:
When the sofa is not being used to sleep, you find yourself in a very cozy and comfortable area with a second flat screen Smart TV equipped with cable. The unit also has WiFi for any internet needs. There is a beautiful view of the golf course out of the living room window and a side door that leads to the balcony.
Kitchen:
Equipped with all appliances, the kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in. There is an electric stove, refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a microwave. We have a dinner table with four chairs for your use. All dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware are included.
Bathroom:
The unit comes with 1 full bathroom complete with towels and hairdryer. The main bathroom with shower is located on the lower level of the unit.
Utility Room:
On the upper level (entrance area) you will find the laundry room with the beach gear and umbrella for your use. The washer and dryer are for the cleaning team use, but can be used by guest if they are operational. (Note: Laundry detergent is NOT provided for guests due to any possible allergic ingredients that any specific detergent may have).
Balcony Area:
It's the most popular area of the unit! The balcony has a table with four chairs where you can sit and watch players play a hole on the golf course or stare out to beautiful mountain view while enjoying your tropical drinks! (Catching the morning sunrise with a good cup of coffee is highly recommended!)
Access to the pool:
Guests who stay at the unit have access to the Beach Village pool which is right next to the building. It is a private pool that requires a wristband key for entry and this will be provided. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are available for your use when you'd like to spend the day at the beach. There is also a puddle jumper and a toddler life vest in the case you're bringing small children.
When you're ready to go, all you have to do is go down the stairs and the beach is right across the street or turn right to walk directly to the pool. It doesn't get any more convenient than that! There is tons to do at Palmas. Every time we visit, we find a new hiking trail, biking route, gorgeous views or another great place to eat!
Once you confirm your booking, I will be supplying you with your own guest book that will detail all the restaurants, hiking trails, walking paths, and more suggestions to make sure your stay is a memorable one.
MUST KNOW INFORMATION:
**In case of power outages, the building is NOT equipped with a power generator** We encourage our guests to use the Villa’s power surge protectors (2000 Joules) located on various outlets to prevent damage to their electronic equipment.
MUST CLIMB STAIRS in and out of the villa. The apartment is located on the second floor and there is no elevator in the building.
The Wyndham Resort offers Casino, two championship courses, Tennis Center with 13 clay/hard courts, the famous Mandara Spa, and 11 restaurants and lounges throughout the resort. Our condo is inside the Palmas del Mar Resort (Wyndham Palmas Beach golf resort). The golf course around our condo is the Palm Course, our balcony faces the Hole 5 Tee.
In the island you can enjoy outlet shopping at The Factory Outlets, and/or regular shopping at other shopping areas. There are endless dining possibilities, from casual dining to Steak houses and Japanese Cuisine and of course the delicious local food.
A trip to the Old San Juan, San Juan Metro Area and/or museums and shows is less than a 40-minute drive, with good roads and expressways. It is also close to Luquillo beach and kiosks where you can find good local food and gift shops and a short drive from El Yunque Rain Forest.
