Located on the highlands of the southern coast, this fabulous haven offers a spectacular view of the warm Caribbean Sea waters that can be appreciated from all the communal areas of the house. Although the location is known for it’s hot dry days, the house interiors are never hot due to the high ceilings and the constant breeze. The house was design so that everybody could be seen from anywhere in the house (except bedrooms). From the kitchen you can see across the living room through the large wide-open glass doors, family and friends enjoying in the terrace and pool areas.
Tanning is never a problem. The pool was design with a higher level small pool ( not heated) to relax and appreciate the view from a better perspective. Beside the pool you have a private, 1 basket, half court, just enough to prove your shooting skills and have fun among family and friends. A half-bathroom is accessible for the terrace and pool areas.
Guests or hired by guests Chefs can prepare their best dishes in its fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster oven, toaster, blenders, utensils, bowls & containers, pans, cutting knives, etc.) and large comfortable countertops. The beautiful terrace bar has access to the kitchen for better handling of beverages, BBQ ingredients and/or your preferred snacks. The dining room offers a large table to enjoy your meals, and breakfasts are priceless in the terrace area.
The living room is furnished with a large sofa and a 56” flat screen TV. Wi-Fi Internet and cable are available. The communal areas are equipped with air conditioners: 1 in the living room, 1 in the dinning room, and 1 in the receiving area and 1 in each bedroom. All air conditioners are capable of maintaining the areas as cool as you desire.

The master Bedroom has a King bed, a full futon and a twin futon. There is one full bathroom in the master bedroom and a 65 inch flat screen TV with cable. 2 bedrooms, with a queen bed, and another full bathroom bathroom next to it. 1 bedroom with a full size bunk bed and a futon.Also, there is 1 queen size inflatable bed and 2 full size inflatable beds available. One half bathroom by the common area. and the other half bathroom by the pool. There are plenty of sheets, towels and pillows for 10+ guests. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The location is perfect for exploring the south coast of the island and for business occasions around the area.
Ponce and its adjacent municipalities offer a variety of attractions, from exploring close-by offshore costal islands with beginner’s hiking and snorkeling experiences to museums and historical sight seeing. Ponce is also host to the Ponce Hilton’s spectacular golf course.
