House Rules:
The new Eco Solar Housework is as follows:
1- During the day, the Sun will recharge the Tesla Battery that you need to use at night. It is important not to use the AC during the day, to allow the battery to be 100% charged.
2- If you want to use the AC during the day, please ask the owner/host first; they will approve if the battery is fully in charge.
3- For better functionality, the AC can't be ON between 5 pm -and 9:30 pm. Since it will use battery-reserved energy, you could miss power at midnight.
4-In case the neighborhood or the island does not have Power from the Grid (LUMA), you CANNOT use the AC at any time, since you will be running only with the Tesla Battery, and it could damage the equipment.
Note: Properly using this equipment will determine your experience with the power situation we are suffering on the island.
The following violations of these rules have an additional cost if they are not followed:
1- Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property - violators will be charged for the air purification service. Smoking any type of cigarette, hookah, or drug is prohibited in any area of the property.
2-No pets of any kind are allowed without the host's permission- A fee of $500 will be charged for violating the pet rule.
3- It is not allowed to carry out any type of sexual activity anywhere outside the property (pool, front, etc.) since cameras are recording and they can also affect the neighbors. This could cause the cancellation of your reservation.
4- Laundry is NOT include in your reservation. Please bring more clothes or find a laundry facility closer to the house.
5-Keep the lights and AC off when you are not in the house.
6-Jumping or jumping into the pool is not allowed. Drinking or eating is not allowed inside the pool either.
7-If there is any sharing, it must be before 10:30 pm and with the music volume low.
8- If you dirty the pool with balloons, confetti, or any other material that requires more than regular cleaning, a charge will be made to your reservation.
9-The Pool guy will be cleaning the pool normally on Thursday morning. Please don’t block the garage door.
10- There is a dishwasher that is NOT working and it will not be fixed.
**Failure to comply with any of these rules will be a reason to cancel your reservation. You must read the rules and the house manual completely for more details. *We reserve the right of admission.
