Welcome to Casita Azul, where the sky meets the Caribbean sea. Imagine waking up every morning with a breathtaking ocean front view. This luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom/3 en-suite bathroom villa will be extremely comfortable for your family to enjoy a great getaway. Recently renovated with a modern relaxed decor, offers a fully equipped kitchen with brand new SS appliances, dining space for 8 people, a spacious family room with TV and an ample balcony with outdoor sitting to enjoy the view.
As soon as you open the door you will be amazed at the view of the Caribbean Sea, the various marinas, the islands of Icacos, Palomino, Vieques and Culebra. Casita Azul has 180 degrees of ocean view...you will feel like sailing on the veranda of a cruise ship.
The location and accessibility is the best of the entire complex. It's the closest property to the main entrance and the infinity pool. The entrance is direct to the property, you don't need to go up or down stairs. The entire property is handicapped accessible. There are handicapped parkings on the premises and a ramp to access the main entrance of the villa. The entrance to the villa is step free all the way to the master bedroom. The en-suite shower of the master bedroom is also handicapped accessible without steps to get in.
Everything is brand new as it was recently remodeled with a modern relaxed decor. You will find every room has accents of blue, that is why is called Casita Azul (Blue Casita in English)...and of course, the view of the blue sky and the ocean.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each. The master bedroom has a King size bed, an en-suite bathroom suitable for a handicapped person, a smart TV with hot spot for Wi-Fi and a working area with desk and chair. It has direct access to the balcony and front ocean views.
The Junior Suite has a King size bed and a comfortable sofa to relax or read after a day at the beach or pool. It has an en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom has 2 Queen size beds, spacious for a family of 4. It also has its en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, and all cooking utensils.
The dining table has space for 8 sittings and 2 beautiful decorative lamps.
The living space boasts an ample sectional sofa to relax after a day at beach or pool, smart TV with hot spot to watch movies or your favorite tv show.
The balcony offers amazing views to the Caribbean Sea, a bar style table with seating for 6 people and a tear drop hanging chair to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while contemplating the sunset and feeling the ocean breeze.
NOTE:
Only the first 2 guests are included on the daily rate. There is a $50 cost per night, per person. When booking, you must register every person that will be staying in the unit during your stay even children. Infants under the age of 2 are free.
The property is located on the same grounds of El Conquistador Resort but Las Casitas guests won't be able to use the hotel facilities, restaurants, ferry, water park or infinity pool. Las Casitas under short term rental platforms and the hotel run separately.
The golf course and tennis courts are available for all guests.
There are 2 hot spots for TV streaming and Wifi, one for the TV on the family room and one for the TV on the master bedroom. There is no company providing Wifi and the signal through the hot spots might be inconsistent at times.
Guests at Las Casitas II have access to all 3 amazing pools located throughout Las Casitas Complex. A car is a must to get around and visit local sites and restaurants. There is free parking on premises. Only 2 cars permitted. No visitors permitted.
HOUSE RULES:
*Check-in time is at 4:00 pm.
*Check-out time is at 11:00 am.
*Strictly no pets or smoking allowed on property at any time. A $500 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.
*No extra guests, visitors or parties permitted. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced, exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
*Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
*Don't sit on sofas, beds or furniture with wet bathing suits.
*Don't share the lock box code with anyone.
*Keep all furniture and accessories in its place. Don't place wet cups, bottles or cans on tables or night stands, they tend to damage easily.
*Don't use towels or linens to clean any spill. Stained towels and linens will be charged.
*The front door locks automatically when shut. Keep keys with you all the time.
*Please turn off all air conditioners when away for long periods of time, also when you check out. Utilities in PR are very expensive.
*Please throw away garbage from kitchen and bathrooms when you check out. The garbage cans are right outside, on the entrance of the villa.
*Don't leave food in the refrigerator.
