Villa Cosmos (formerly known as Villa Beach House) is a contemporary villa located in the exclusive private gated neighborhood of Mont Jean on 2.1 acres with sweeping views over Marigot Bay.
The villa has been recently renovated by architect Johannes Zingerle and is decorated in a mood-enhancing minimalist design. Clean lines, calming colors and incredible natural light work together to create a feeling of ultimate relaxation. Given the villas premiere location on the hillside above Marigot Bay, a constant breeze envelops the house throughout the day.
After passing through the private code-accessed gate to the property, parking is available that will easily accommodate up to four vehicles. Villa Cosmos is designed to flow together harmoniously over three spacious levels. 3 of the 4 bedrooms, one of which is a master suite, are located at the top level. The fourth bedroom (second master suite) is located on the lower pool level. Lush tropical gardens flourish throughout the property connecting all three levels together seamlessly.
All four bedrooms share the following amenities: flat-screen TV, DVD, Bose sound system, Wi-Fi, U.S. satellite, A/C, ceiling fans, rain style shower, key safe, ample closet space, phone, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, private terrace & private access to room.
The heart of Villa Cosmos is the main living space located on the middle level. This centrally located space consists of an exquisite fully-equipped kitchen (which can be closed to the main living room for private catering), wrap-around covered patio with a gas grill and table for six just outside the kitchen doors, a 12-person dining room with glass doors that retract to open up an expansive space that removes any barrier between the interior and the exterior and showcases the magnificent views across Marigot Bay. Just beyond the library and sitting area is another set of retractable glass doors opening up to a large deck that is perfect for evening cocktails.
The lower pool level is accessible from both sides of the main living space. The beautiful, large pool is heated year-round. A very large deck surrounds the pool along with 8 sunbed lounge chairs. A half-bath is located just adjacent to the pool along with an outdoor shower.
