Everything needed for a self-catering vacation, and a few things that just make life a little more pleasurable. All suites have generous covered patio for alfresco dining. Each suite has fridge, gas hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker along with pots, pans and kitchenware.

Enjoy breath-taking views of the bay and the open sea. Wake up to awe-inspiring sunrises, enjoy each day connecting with nature. Enjoy afternoons sitting on the cool verandah watching the boats pass by, and later on you can take a refreshing dip in the ocean. In the evening enjoy a glass of wine on the verandah, and on some evenings you can listen to the sounds of the music from St. James, as it wafts across the bay. At night the gentle waves lull you asleep. And if you’re fortunate enough to be with us when it’s full moon, the moonlight glistening on the ocean is a true beauty to behold.
Located on the waterfront at Mamora Bay, across from the famous St James Club, a relaxing get away but also only a short drive away from the bars, restaurants, museum, marinas and shopping at English Harbour and Nelsons Dockyard, the UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Antigua has long been the sailing hub of the Caribbean and English Harbour is the heart of the yachting community in Antigua. Depending on the racecourse, guests may enjoy the spectacle of the racing yachts, from the privacy and comfort of their patio, as the vessels pass the bay.
Under counter refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker or kettle, pots, pans, crockery, utensils provided. We can refer you to a number of cooks/chefs that provide private catering. Air conditioning in the bedroom is available for an additional US$20 per day. SUV or 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended as access to the property is via an uneven bumpy dirt road.
Our starter pack contains soap, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, cleaning cloth, inspect spray, garbage bags and salt and pepper. This should suffice for the first night or so, thereafter each guest shall replenish. We are not within walking distance of any shop or restaurant so guests are advised to do a good grocery shop on arrival. Please bring your access codes for Netflix etc.
The whole property including the waterfront is non-smoking. Any guest smoking in the suite will be charged the full charge for two days rental of the suite.
Audio video cameras are located on driveway, back and front of property/building recording perimeters and entrances.
