PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS: This is very pet friendly property and your furry companions are always welcome here. We keep medium size dog bowls under the sink, so no need to travel with extra supplies. We also have a pet door for the back yard which you can open if your dog is not aggressive.

KITCHEN: Please note that this property does not have a conventional oven. There is a gas stovetop, toaster oven, and microwave for cooking/ reheating food.

ISLAND LIFE DISCLAIMER: All travelers should know before visiting the island that power and water outages can occur in all areas of Puerto Rico. In the San Juan/ Carolina area, power outages are not common, but when they do occur the power may be out for a few hours. Though not ideal, it is a great excuse to take a beach nap or even take a short trip to explore another part of the island where the power is on. Water outages are more common and can last more than a day. For this reason, WE HAVE INSTALLED WATER CISTERNS AND SOLAR WATER HEATERS, you should not have any water issues. Our landlord is currently scheduling for solar panels to be installed on the property for power outages. Please message us for more details about the date of this installation or if you have any questions/concerns about outages. We stick together in Puerto Rico and are always here to help!
