Summary: The house and location were beautiful and thankfully ended up working out for our group's needs. However, I had reserved and paid for the entire house more than a month in advance and then less than a week before my reservation I was told by the host that they had rented out one third of the house to another group. The host did not give any explanation as to why this had happened and refused to give a discount when I asked because we were not getting the same amount of space as was advertised or what I had paid for.
