La Parguera Retreat Suite is an exclusive, one-of-a-kind 1 bedroom located in La Parguera, Lajas. Modern room in the first floor of a two story house. Beautiful sophisticated high ceiling, open contemporary floor plan, wall arts, three dimensional visual arts sculptures, exotic luxury decor, and spa-like escape inspired bathroom will definitely be a memorable part of your stay.
Private entrance. Private balcony with outdoor furniture(sitting area, table, and citronella candle). Private parking for one car inside the property. And extra street parking spots.
House is also rented, so you might see other guests, although entrance and parking areas are different. Sometimes we stay over at the house, to work on the property for maintenance.
House has water cistern in case of an interruption to the water service.
Property has the ability to accommodate a boat and/or trailer under 22 feet in length in the premises under lock, surveillance cameras, gate, and hose with clean water availability. Please note due to height restrictions, boat must fit under a 9 foot tall ceiling. Extra fee applies.
