Hello and Thank you for visiting my posting. This 2 bedroom villa in Guayama Puerto Rico is nested away in the valley of the southern part of Puerto Rico. I purchased this condo in 2013 for relaxation and enjoyment and have decided to rent the condo when I don't have time to travel. The condo is fully furnished all of the furniture is fairly new approximately 5yrs old and professionally kept. All of the amenities are updated. The living room, dining room, & kitchen have vaulted ceilings approximately 18ft tall in height. The villa boasts two full bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with a master bedroom bathroom en suite and a walk in closet. Additionally my villa comes with a exclusive roof top terrace with bay and ocean views. There is newly installed motion detected air conditioning systems. Additionally cable and internet services is provided. All of furniture is updated. The villa sleeps 4 comfortably. There are three full size beds and one queen size bed in the master bedroom. The well designed pool comes with a jacuzzi, gazebo, and complimentary gas grills. The pool is just foot steps away from my condo. The living room comes with a balcony/terrace. The kitchen and living room and dining are joined together. The living room/kitchen area is open concept comes with a breakfast bar and a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking desires. Decorative ceiling fans in each room.
