Featuring a seamless flow between indoor living and outdoor entertaining areas, the Bouddi Beauty is a unique property that provides a superb setting offering parking for up to 12 vehicles for your next holiday with family, including the fur members, and friends.
The opulent master suite features a king bed with a generously sized walk-in wardrobe, lounge, study and luxurious ensuite with a freestanding bath and shower.
With a further three bedrooms that all host queen beds with built in robes along with a choice of areas for family and guests to choose from, all perfect for entertaining and relaxation, including a games room with a billiard table also featuring a full bar with a beautiful slab timber top. Two lounge areas, for formal entertaining and casual relaxation by the slow combustion fire in the cooler months.
The spacious fully equipped gourmet kitchen is beautifully appointed with high quality granite bench tops, appliances, and bespoke cabinetry. The Bouddi Beauty features ducted air conditioning plus standalone split system units in two areas of the main property.

Bensville is surrounded by National Park, so wildlife is abundant and the Bouddi Coastal Walk stretching from Macmasters Beach through to Putty Beach is one of the most spectacular on the Central Coast. Nearby the villages of Hardy’s Bay and Killcare offer a variety of galleries, eateries, tennis court, boat and yacht hire and fishing spots. You can also catch the ferry to Palm Beach from nearby Wagstaff.
