Summary: Beautiful hotel with lush grounds, however a very mediocre experience. Celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary here and expected a much more personable, memorable stay. Average dining options, extensive waiting times for movement around hotel grounds, lack of service (dry cleaning, valet), poor communication and lack of information provided as to offerings at the hotel. Overall a very disappointing experience for such a special occasion especially with the price paid!
