Villa Seabreeze is a luxuriously appointed property within the Bahia Beach Resort property, which also houses the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort. It is comfortably appointed and tastefully decorated. The beach is directly in front of the property. The property features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and features the latest in high-end appliances. Our luxurious pool area, with BBQ and pool table, is just a few steps away property entrance.

The resort is made up of small islands that are surrounded by lakes and connected by bridges. The lakes connect to the Espiritu Santos River, which starts at the base of the rain forest and ends at the most eastern point of the property into the ocean. This is a favorite hangout for manatees, sand dollars, and leatherback turtles.
Surrounding the property are nature paths that are great for jogging, bike riding, and bird and iguana watching. Many unusual birds have flocked to Bahia from the rain forest. The property is also part of the Audubon Society.
Many efforts were taken while constructing Bahia Beach Resort to assure an Eco Friendly property. During construction, trees that had to be removed were then planted in a different location and tagged. An on-site nursery is used to store plants and trees temporarily until they are re-located.
Our rates include the use of the 4-passenger golf cart that the property owns as well as the pool area of Las Ventanas, adjacent to the property. There is also a daily Resort Fee for the use of the Bahia Beach Resort amenities. This includes the use of the Boat House, with its bicycles, kayaks, sailboats, fishing gear, paddle boards and other fun features. Also included is the use of the tennis courts, the fitness center and the resort's ocean-side swimming pool area with infinity pool, Jacuzzi and beach club. This Resort Fee is not included in the nightly rate; it will be charged to Guest separately by Marco Polo.
