Summary: We stayed here for a bit more than a week and had nothing but great things to say. The home was simple but had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals at home. There also are several restaurants 10-20 minutes away.The back yard was big and our kids had fun seeing all the wildlife of iguanas, parrots, turtles, coqui frogs and even a small friendly python. The river, palm trees, swinging bench and dock in the back were paradise. Eric's 2 canoes were a blast to use, we went for the short 10 minute ride to the secluded beach almost every day. There were also lots of neat places to go snorkeling a short drive away. We visited a bioluminescent bay which was about an hour and a half away. The neighborhood was quiet and inviting, we said hi to both next door neighbors and they were welcoming and friendly. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time.Eric was an incredibly responsive host. Upon booking he was in contact via whatsapp and was welcoming and answered all questions we had. He was accommodating in providing a couple of items to use while we were there, giving suggestions for restaurants and beaches and was fully prepared with a well stocked house and had a spare of almost everything in the stock closet.
