The Space:

La Zima is an exclusive, one-of-a-kind, luxurious 2-bedroom apartment located in La Parguera, Lajas. Equipped with a 50’ long terrace accessible from every room, where you can enjoy an exceptional view of La Parguera'spristine cays and the Caribbean Sea. This modern 2,730 sq ft. apartment is the epitome of exotic luxury living. Beautiful high ceilings, open floor plan, modern kitchen, and sweeping views will definitely be a memorable part of your stay. This property has a washer and dryer, a perfect amenity for an extended stay. Please know as you get closer to La Parguera, you might encounter smaller/narrow roads through some towns.
LIVING AREA
La Zima has aspacious living area. Peaked 16-foot high ceilings, open floor plan, kitchen, and sweeping views of the sea and town below.The living area features a 70" inch flat-screen TV, a full A/C comfortable L-shaped sofa which is conveniently located alongside the modern kitchen, and an outdoor patio area with breathtaking views and perfect for enjoying a good BBQ. There is a stunning indoor patio, ideal for those working remotely. Features a full-on working station with desk and reading chair while enjoying the amazing cross ventilation La Zima offers.
KITCHEN
The kitchen at La Zima is conveniently located within the living area and alongside the balcony. The Modern style kitchen has an island with counter stools for additional seating andhas a convenient opening toward the dining room. The kitchen is equipped witha full-size fridge, stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. Also has a laundry room with a pantry.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
La Zima features two full bedrooms, both with A/C. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands, a walking closet, and an on-suite bathroom. The additional bedroom has a queen-size bed with two nightstands and two closets. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway across from the second bedroom.

Renting a car is a must while staying at La Zima. It’s 5 minutes away from La Parguera and a 20-minute drive from Boquerón. At the town's main square, you will find a lively atmosphere filled with food kiosks, live music, and beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, especially during the peak months of Hurricane Season, which are July to October. Travel insurance is inexpensive and will reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, this will depend on what the coverage purchased covers. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase. Disclaimer: we are not associated with any travel insurance companies.
AMENITIES
West Indies strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide two bath towels per guest and one beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least two beach chairs and an ice cooler.
West Indies provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel-size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, three garbage bags, one rollof paper towel, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one dish soap, one dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
HOUSE RULES
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
NO PETS:No pets are allowed at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if violated and you will be expelled from the property.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
All bookings are contingent on signing a short-term rental agreement that will be sent via email. It must be signed within 48 hours of booking or before entering the property, whichever happens first.
Maximum occupancy of 4 adults/children at all times. This includes visitors.
Max. occupancy is strictly enforced and exceeding it may result in immediate cancellation of booking or being expelled from the property.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
