After a long day exploring our beautiful Island you can relax in the balcony, BBQ and hangout.
The house is two stories. The first level has a bedroom (queen bed) with master bath, a full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/dining and living space. The kitchen has a water filtering system in the sink. We have a Roku TV, so feel free to use your Netflix, Hulu or any streaming account and make sure to log out before you go.
The second level has one full bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds (trundle) and a working desk. The second bedroom has a king bed.
We have Wifi in the house, however, given that it is concrete the farther away from the router (downstairs) the weaker the signal.
We provide a washer and dryer. The washer is located under the stairs in the hallway and the dryer in the master bedroom closet.
Parking is out in front of the property. We are located in a safe neighborhood. Feel free to use the front and side yard.
