We're close to absolutely everything beach and rainforest. Our family-friendly 5br 3ba 3180 sq ft view home is perched atop a local residential area and accommodates up to 15 guests, boasting 10 ft ceilings, 2 full kitchens, 3 livingrooms, 4 office/desk work spaces, 3 diningrooms, 2 patios, an oceanview balcony, tropical garden and lawn with fire pit in our serene, private hilltop setting. Come & Relax!
Enjoy access to everything from our centrally located home. We're perched atop the closest neighborhood to Luquillo's renowned Kioskos with 50+ bars, shops & restaurants as well as Marriott Fairfield's new Casino. We are also walking distance to some of the island's best beaches including: El Balneaario Monserrate, Playa Fortuna, Luquillo Beach, Playa Azul Playa La Pared. We are 2 miles from Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park, and just 4 miles from main entrance of the the only tropical rainforest in the US National Park Service -- El Yunque National Forest! Then, after you've dusted off the fine sand from the beach where you soaked for hours in the bathtub calm warm ocean or boogie boarded with the rest of 'em in a wavier spot, sipped your piña colada, walked among giant rainforest leaves, had your hydro-message under tropical waterfalls and cooled off in the drop pools, indulged in local seafood & taken in a bit of the culture, return to relax and enjoy the security and comforts of our home away from home. Our Solar-Powered, spacious, and well appointed accommodations afford you comfort and tranquility.
Sip your morning coffee watching the sunrise over the beach from our balcony, take in the hilltop water views under our awnings out front on the exterior, or conversely, enjoy a cool drink out back and watch the rolling hills of El Yunque turn golden crowned by pink and orange clouds in the evening light. At night, you'll also catch all the firework displays in our area (from periodic full-blown resort shows to neighborhood fanfare) from our hilltop perch.
In our two full kitchens you’ll find all the cook's best friends - new appliances, proper utensils and flatware, and everything you’ll need should you choose to dine-in and/or cook. Spread out on our large expandable dining room table upstairs (seats 8) and enjoy the sea view, crack open a good book over coffee downstairs in the built-in booth or use one of the other three other dining tables we have available. If your preference is dining al fresco, our covered outdoor patio can accommodate seating for 10 with lovely countryside views of El Yunque as well the sea.
All bedrooms have top of the line inverter ACs, as do the common areas upstairs. Our “wave” ceiling fans downstairs efficiently keep the common areas cool and comfortable.
We have four (4) dedicated work-spaces feature high-speed internet and stable wifi for when you feel like journaling, writing, or simply knocking out some of those persistent office tasks and Zoom meetings. Thanks to our wifi extenders, the property interior has a strong signal throughout (ranging from 200 to 500 mbps).
When you’re ready to relax and play a board game, we have four lounge areas available to play some cards, read a book or stream something on our SmartTVs -we have four (4) TVs: a 55", a 50", a 40" and a 32" - as well as deep and comfortable sofas you can sink into with your popcorn and enjoy a show.
If you need anything before you arrive or while you’re here, we have our own little guest shop full of essentials and services that we continue to add to and improve. ***PLEASE NOTE***
ONLY two of our bathrooms have water heaters that heat the showers and the sinks. Water in kitchen sinks, the third bathroom and the outdoor shower is unheated (not usually "cold" but tepid).

We’re merely 3.2 miles from the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort, only 6.8 miles from the Coco Beach Golf Club and Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve, just 9.1 miles east of the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort and 11 miles west of El Conquistador Waldorf Astoria Resort.

HOUSE RULES:
1) Short term rental agreement required for Whole House rentals.
2) Nightly occupancy must not exceed the agreed upon number of guests in you booking. No events, parties or undeclared/unexpected guests.
3) No smoking or vaping INSIDE (anywhere). In an effort to accommodate all guests, smoking is permitted in designated areas outside (including the covered balcony and patio). The fee for smoking or vaping inside this home is $600.00, no exceptions.
4) Quiet hours after 10 PM.
5) No refunds for weather conditions or utility service outages. We are solar powered and have 1800 gallons backup water supply, but still strongly suggest that guests purchase Travelers Insurance, as both weather conditions and government services can be unpredictable here.
6) No commercial filming without written permission.
7) All members and associates of guest party use this property at their own risk and hold the host/owner harmless for all injury, damage or loss.
*PLEASE NOTE*
*Our neighborhood is zoned "rural" and our neighbors have dogs, horses and chickens, some in the back even have cows, goats and donkeys. We provide complementary ear plugs and white noise machines for light sleepers, but light sleepers should keep in mind that coqui frogs and roosters sing their songs here at night.
*Uber and a few local taxi companies service our area, but availability can be sporadic and wait times typically range from 5 to 15 minutes, sometimes more. There is no public transportation in our area. We live at the top of a large hill, so walking down to the beach is easy-peasy, walking back up not so much... Having a car here is strongly recommended.*
