Summary: Aesthetically, this villa is beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, for the price paid, the experience fell below my expectations. There are several upgrades and repairs clearly needed — and I understand that improvements are in progress.During our stay, we experienced several issues: no hot water in some showers, the pool and jacuzzi required maintenance upon arrival, AC issues in the Puss House, electrical malfunctions in the Dog House, a missing bathroom door handle in the Octopus Room, non-working TVs, and a presence of ants and mosquitoes in various rooms. Also, the main kitchen/family area lacked a fan, making it uncomfortable at times.That said, the chef was absolutely amazing, and the other staff members did their best to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable. We still managed to have a great time, but with some much-needed updates, this property could truly deliver the luxury experience it advertises.
