The main floor offers an open floor plan with a well-appointed kitchen, sitting area, and sunken living room where all the family and guests can gather, opening to the four-season heated solarium with a large dining table, rocking chairs, and an entrance to the deck offering a gas grill and lobster cooker for a classic Maine feast. Three of the five bedrooms are located on the main floor, including a primary suite with a king bed and tiled shower, a second bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a shared full bathroom with a shower at the end of the hall. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located on the ground level, one with a king bed and another with two twin trundle beds, along with a laundry area, full bath with a shower/tub combo, and a family room with a pool table and refrigerator. Last, but most certainly not least, a newly added Primary Suite (sixth bedroom) is located on the private second floor, offering a king bed, a shower and separate soaking tub, all opening to a large balcony with elevated views of Harpswell Sound-- truly picturesque.
