Summary: Via app, everything seemed almost perfect. The day of arrival, the TV downstairs didn’t work. There was a peculiar smell in the building which led us to buying multiple candles. The chairs on every deck had broken straps making it a safety concern to sit on. We were unaware of the construction getting done very early in the morning making it hard to sleep in. The bathroom in the first floor clogged very easily and the furnace was leaking. We question the integrity of the AC on the 3rd floor since we were not made aware of it not working until after we got there.
