A spacious and clean 2 bedroom condo located directly on the beautiful Caribbean ocean! When we say directly, the property has no obstructing views, traffic noise or anything that separates you from the waves crashing on the beach below you! View all the majestic colors of the water from your private balcony with panoramic views. A stunning nature preserve located directly next to the condominium offers a soft sand beach to walk along, where the rainforest meets the ocean. In addition you have views of El Yunque Rainforest which adds to the majestic feel of the island. Our condo has a 24 hour security guard onsite and is a gated community. You have 1 covered parking space provided with rental. We have a property manager who will meet and greet you and answer any questions you may have upon your arrival. Early check-in and late check-out, when available, upon your request.
The condo has a Full Kitchen that has your cookware provided. We provide fresh flowers and organically grown seasonal fruit from a local farm. 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower. Clean Linens, bath towels, hangers, dresser with drawers in each bedroom, iron and ironing board, hair dryer are provided. Simple, sleek and clean living room that walks out to views that will take your breath away on your 11th floor balcony. Keep in mind there are only AC units in the bedrooms, but we have box fans and large sliding glass doors that you can open to allow airflow through living room. Master bedroom and guest bedroom both have views of the ocean and you can listen to the waves while you sleep. Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided. A soft sand beach that you can walk for miles on, surf lessons and swimming are steps away from the condo you will be staying in. Surf board and boogie board rentals are available a short walk down the beach as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals.
Our condo offers free wi-fi, a smart television with cable, air conditioning in bedrooms and a large community Laundry room on the main floor of condos.
You are located a 40 minute drive from the San Juan airport.
Luquillo is a charming and authentic surf town that has beautiful beaches and is only a 10 minute drive to El Yunque Rainforest. Cieba is a 25 minute drive away where you can take a ferry to Culebra or Vieques for a day trip and experience some of the top ranked beaches in the world. There are so many wonderful adventures to explore in this area! Non-chain restaurants, bars and convenience stores are walking distance from condo. Farmers markets, fresh produce stands, food trucks offering authentic Puerto Rican food and festivals are often times held at the Town Plaza which is a couple minute walk from condo. CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and other retail options are a 5 minute drive away for convenience.
***There is a slight possibility with updates being done to the buildings that the pool could be closed, but thankfully the beach is steps away!
ABOUT THE OWNERS AND WHY WE FELL IN LOVE WITH THE AREA :
Our names are Beth and Skip and we have two sons Dominic (14 years old) and Roman (8 years old). We are from Minnesota where the arctic air often times out weighs the warm air! Puerto Rico is an incredible escape for us literally any time of the year with average temperatures between 80-90 degrees. We have traveled to many amazing places, but Luquillo Puerto Rico instantly had our hearts. The people of Luquillo are incredibly helpful and welcoming and the authentic vibe of Puerto Rico is strong. The magic of the Island for us is in the variety of activities it offers, it never gets repetitive. The ocean for us is healing with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore that you can hear from our condo, the soft sand our feet sink into as we walk along the beach and the fact that El Yunque Rainforest (the only tropical rain forest in the US Forest System) is visible from our condo and only a 10 minute drive away makes our location absolutely perfect! Majestic and lush the rainforest offers so much to explore with hiking and searching for the off beaten paths that lead to waterfalls! Another beautiful nature attraction is the Bioluminescent Bay in Fajardo, which is a 20 minute drive from our condo!
Even if we want a day to stay in and relax we can still feel apart of all the beauty that surrounds us by lounging on the balcony and watching the changing of the tide and the captivating sky where we often see rainbows and stars so bright it looks like we can reach out and touch them.

****Due to Hurricane Maria hitting Puerto Rico very hard a couple of years ago our buildings are currently being repaired. There may be some unexpected issues that go along with construction. Please keep in mind you are on a tiny island in the middle of the Caribbean Ocean and living amongst locals. Luquillo is not a tourism hub, it is a surf village filled with amazing character. The pool is sometimes unexpectedly closed due to construction, but the ocean is just steps away! Weather, construction and power outages are unpredictable and can happen at any time.
This 2 Bedrooms Condo provides accommodation with View, Sports/Activities, Air Conditioner, for your convenience.
