Oceanview is a newly built and beautifully appointed home, designed to create a
relaxing environment. Every room has an unmissable view to either the ocean, the
Crookhaven River or mountains. Each bedroom is fitted with very comfortable beds.
In the bathrooms, there are two standalone bathtubs with complimentary bath salts
to relax in. The house contains not one, but two media rooms and is located close to
the Culburra shops, boat ramps and beach.
Upstairs you will find 3 beautiful living spaces as well as the stunning open plan
kitchen and dining room which steps out onto the balcony where you can take in the
amazing views with your morning coffee. You will also find the master bedroom and
ensuite located upstairs. Downstairs, you will find 3 additional bedrooms, a TV room,
laundry and bathroom. Step out into the alfresco where you can cook a family BBQ
while the kids play in the massive, grassed backyard.
Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage. There is a space
behind the garage for the safe storing of boats.

and a short 10-minute drive to Callala beach. If you’re looking to travel just a little bit
further, there is Currarong, Huskinsson and Hyams beach or Berry and Kangaroo
Valley.
