Summary: The “Eco” part means nothing works and is outdated. Diana The property manager was easy to communicate with, Awilda was the person who would go over and feed ten dogs and take our trash. She was also very nice. The property itself is falling apart. Literally. Location is amazing, getting there is another story. So if you don’t mind not having running water in every bathroom, or having no outlets in the rooms, you will be ok. Keep in mind you won’t have fans or AC either. You will NEED a 4x4. There’s a lot more I can say, but Diana and Awilda were both great.
