Summary: I am not new to this location as a matter of fact, we have been to this location twice. We loved it so much we decided to book again. This trip for some reason was different. We had issues with the cooking gas; the hot water and serial of the furniture's was broken. I reached out to the guest services they came out to replace the gas tank and reset the hot water tank in a matter of seconds. I mentioned to the individual that came out that the door to the laundry room was open since we arrived and the security door for the front door some of the screws was falling out of the dead bolt lock which make it hard to securely lock the door. With all that said, if these issues were dealt with a head of time, I would have given an all five stars to this property.
