Perfect for a group of friends or family looking to experience all of the wonders that Puerto Rico has to offer. You will also have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking essentials like pots, pans, dinnerware and utensils where you can plan on having home cooked meals whenever you want! Other amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV. Relax after a fun day in the sun in a shared Jacuzzi right outside your back door. You will also have access to a shared grill for you to enjoy.
Other Things to Note:
No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10 pm-7 am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.
No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking/vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.
No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
