The space
Complete 1 bedroom apt with private bathroom and off street parking. 2 beds and a third bed on a loft space. Room for up to 4 people max. AC in bedroom. 5 people tops if someone doesn’t mind sleeping on the sofa. The apt has wifi and cable tv. Complete kitchen with microwave, coffee machine. 5 min from downtown Aguada, 5 min from the beach, 1 minute from the municipal track, gym and colosseum if you like exercising. 10 min from the highway. Quiet place where you can here the sounds of nature. Great centric location close to everything. 3 supermarkets within 4 a 4 minute drive and plenty of nightlife bars at the beach strip. Short drive back home. Best value in town. No need to drive up the mountains to get home.

Key is in the lock box. For easy acces no matter what time you arrive. Apt and parking are on the left side of the home on the ground floor on the left hand side of the home. Enter through the corner of Parque Infantil on Nativo Alers Ave. Continúe up to Cafetín El Pepino and take a right. Fourth house on the right. First 3 story home with 4 palm trees in front. Left side apartment on 1st story visible through the side.
Other things to note
Pets accepted at an additional fee. T-Mobile clients have reception only outside of the apt. Smoking NOT allowed inside of the home. Please return apt in good/clean conditions so that we can keep price low. Thx
