The only shared area is the driveway, which offers smooth access to your garage and front door. You’ll have your own designated space, and we’ve made sure your comfort and seclusion are never compromised. Looking for more space? Travelling with extended family or a larger group? Guest Verification & Security Deposit
Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

You’ll have access to your own secure garage, and there is additional street parking available. Please take care not to park on yellow lines and never block driveways (including your own or the neighbour’s). Council rules are strict, and we want to avoid any issues during your stay.
