With its 4 bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathrooms. The villa is ideally suited for 4 couples or 2 families with children. There are two master bedrooms with King beds, and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 Queen beds each. In addition to the 4 ensuite bathrooms, there is a 5th full bathroom accessible from the porch, for the convenience of people who need to rinse off after coming from the beach, or pool users who need to go to the bathroom. Each bath shower area is fully walk-in, with laminated glass panels for safety and rain shower heads for luxurious bathing. The open showers also mean that mobility challenged guests are accommodated, as there is no ledge for them to have to step over.
Guests' comfort is assured at all times: each bedroom is air-conditioned with a split AC unit for quiet operation, as well as a ceiling fan for those who prefer to sleep without AC. The Great Room living/dining/kitchen area has a ceiling fan and 2 split air conditioners
For dining, you have a choice of a 10-seater dining set in the dining area, or 6-seater outdoor dining set on the porch. The porch is furnished with outdoor conversation furniture or al fresco dining.
The large 12' x 28' swimming pool has been planned for guests' full enjoyment and relaxation: it is large enough for big groups; there are 3 different depths - 18" which is perfect for small children to bathe safely, 32" for older children, and 54" in the deep end so that non-swimming adults can stand and enjoy.
There is of course a large gas BBQ grill which is available for guest use. In the living area, there is a 50" flat screen TV with a DVD player which is great for keeping the kids happy.
There is a full sized clothes washer and dryer in the laundry room, and a steam iron/ironing board should you need them. Two 1000 gallon water storage tanks also mean that you will not experience any water supply issues.
Samaan Grove is a gated development, with a 7/24 hour staffed guard booth at the entry, and day and night-time patrols. Guests will love the peaceful and quiet ambiance of the development. The groomed empty lots and lakes give the area a very park-like feeling. Bird watchers will enjoy seeing the varieties of birds in the development, especially the ones that are drawn to the lakes. If you are very lucky, you might catch a rare sighting of one of the very shy Caimans that live in the lakes, or see an Anhinga (an underwater swimming bird) stick its head above water with a fish in its beak, toss it then catch it head first to swallow it, before ducking back underwater to look for more fish to catch. You will also see them standing alongside the water's edge with their wings outstretched, as they dry off.
The development is not within walking distance to beaches, but is very close by car: Store Bay, Pigeon Point, and Mt Irvine beaches are all within 6-9 minutes drive. The airport is 6-8 minutes away, and the Port of Scarborough is about 12-14 minutes away. Samaan Grove is in the district of Canaan, which adjoins the Crown Point and Bon Accord districts, everything is located within very short 5-10 minute drives: Pennysavers and RT Morshead supermarkets, branches of RBC, Republic Bank, and FCB are on Milford Road and in the Crown Point area, Scotiabank is in the Lowlands Mall (all are equipped with ATMs), minimarts, fruit and vegetable stand, and lots of food outlets.
