Welcome to our Lakeside Haven! Our cottage has 35’ of waterfront frontage with stunning views of Country Pond. We have a newly updated kitchen which is fully stocked for your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee on the upper deck enjoying the breathtaking views overlooking the water. There is a large open concept dining room and living room area perfect for entertaining guests. Two bedrooms on the main floor with a large loft upstairs for guests to sleep in.
Our boat is not included in the rental.

The space
Two bedrooms on the main floor, one with water views with a queen sized bed, another queen sized bed in the bedroom in the front of the home, with additional beds (two twin beds and a full sized bed) in the large loft. Our lake house sleeps 8. Full bathroom, kitchen, open-concept dining room & living room, with upper deck views of Country Pond.

If you would like to bring your boat during your stay, please let us know. There is an easy access boat launch down the street from our cottage.
Guest access
You are renting the main floor of our home along with the upper loft. The lower level with the large deck is not included in the rental.

Other things to note:
Sound carries easily over the water so out of respect for our neighbors, we ask renters and their guests to keep music and loud voices down after 10pm. Renters who violate this rule will be asked to leave and forfeit their remaining rent. Note, our property is on a septic system, which means no grease down the sinks, and you must not put any items other than the toilet paper provided into the toilet

** We rent by the week during the prime rental season July - August. Rentals begin on Sunday at 2pm and end the following Sunday at 11am. Off season rentals are a 2-night minimum. The refrigerator should be emptied of food and all trash placed into our trash barrels next to our garage.
